My partner and I had the most amazing stay at a charming countryside retreat. Surrounded by rolling hills and stunning vineyards, we felt like we had stepped into a tranquil paradise. The wine tasting experience was a highlight, with the passionate owner showcasing a wide range of exceptional, organic wines. We also had the opportunity to participate in a cooking class, where we learned to make delicious Sicilian dishes under the guidance of a talented chef. The food throughout our stay was outstanding, showcasing the best of local ingredients and traditional recipes. The warm hospitality and attention to detail by the staff made our experience truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this hidden gem for an authentic and memorable getaway.

The location was stunning, nestled in the midst of beautiful vineyards and olive groves. It provided a peaceful and tranquil setting, perfect for a relaxing Christmas getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met and making us feel welcome. the homemade breakfast and local produce offered a delicious start to each day.
The room we were assigned lacked basic amenities. There was no internet connection available, which was a letdown for someone who needed to stay connected.

We had an incredible stay at Agriturismo Tarantola Villa in north-west Sicily. Filippo, the owner, was a wonderful host and shared fascinating stories with us. The wine tasting was a highlight, with delicious wine produced on the property. The dinner, prepared by the live-in chef Francesco, was one of the best we had in Sicily. The breakfast was also great. The room was spacious with interesting art. The setting in the rolling hills of the vineyard was breathtaking, despite the muddy conditions after heavy rain. it was a perfect experience and a true discovery of Sicily.
Nothing negative to say 😊

If you're seeking an authentic Sicilian experience and a glimpse into traditional rural life, Agriturismo Tarantola is the perfect choice. The stunning location amidst vineyards, the captivating history of the property, and the warm hospitality of the owner, Filippo, make for an unforgettable stay. The wildflowers that adorn the untilled edges of the fields in spring, the delicious homemade meals made with local ingredients, and the opportunity to freely explore the extensive property all add to the charm and uniqueness of the experience. This is not your typical luxury hotel, but rather a place where you can immerse yourself in the beauty and authenticity of Sicily.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The location of this place was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and olive trees. The views from our room were breathtaking, especially during sunset. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided great service, always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the cooking class and wine tasting, a fun and informative experience.
The only downside was that there were quite a few mosquitoes at night, so it would be advisable to bring some mosquito repellent or wear protective clothing to avoid getting bitten.
